The DA in KwaDukuza extends its deepest condolences to the family of the late KwaDukuza Deputy Mayor, Thulani Ntuli, who passed away yesterday morning.
Cllr Ntuli (TV) was a popular member of the KwaDukuza Council who showed respect to all he interacted with. He was a larger than life personality who will leave a gap in council.
