The Democratic Alliance in KwaZulu-Natal is elated to have won all by-elections we contested in the province yesterday.
The DA was able to retain :
– eThekwini ward 33 by 80.5% an increase from 39% in the 2024 National and Provincial Elections ( NPE),
– eThekwini Ward 35 by 91% an increase from 80.6% in the 2024 NPE
– eThekwini Ward 36 by 92.6%
– KwaDukuza Ward 6 by 98.7% and ;
– Umdoni Ward 15 by 98%
We are encouraged by the support and trust that voters continue to have in the DA.
As we head towards the 2026 Local Government Elections, the DA is determined to ensure all voters in KZN are able to receive the services they deserve, under a DA led government.
