| The Democratic Alliance in KwaZulu-Natal has learnt with shock and disbelief of the murder of the DA Chief Whip in the uMngeni Municipality, Councillor Nhlalayenza Ndlovu last night.
The exact circumstances around his death have yet to be confirmed. The DA sends its heartfelt condolences to the family of Councillor Ndlovu, the DA caucus in uMngeni and the residents of the municipality that have lost a humble servant who always put the needs of those he served above his own. He will be sorely missed. We urge the South African Police Service to bring Councillor Ndlovu’s killers to book without delay. Further details will be released in due course. |
